Why choose us ?

What Makes Us Different:

With expert guidance and dedicated personal practice, you’ll master the art of teaching Pranayama breathwork classes—a rare and valuable skill in today’s yoga landscape. Not only you will learn Pranayama breathwork , but we will train you on Alignments , anatomy , meditation..And more.

Our mission is clear: to deliver world-class yoga teacher training and cultivate exceptional practitioners and teachers who will inspire others.

  • 2 Asanas & 2 Variations: Deepening your yoga anatomy and Alignments
  • 2 Philosophy Concepts: Making the ancient knowledge of the east
  • 2 Pranayama & 2 Meditation Techniques: Mastering breathing techniques and mental focus.
  • 2 Manual Adjustments & 2 Mudras: The art of physical and energetic guidance.

This is a cumulative way of building knowledge—similar to Vinyasa Krama—where every day’s “bricks” are required to build the next day’s structure. By the end of the course, these 276 elements snap together to reveal the “big picture” of a professional instructor.

The ADDA Yoga Process : The LEGO Method

At ADDA YOGA in Bali, we have redefined the standard for becoming a certified yoga instructor. We believe that the best yoga teacher training courses shouldn’t just offer a certificate of attendance; they should provide a rigorous, measurable transformation. Our unique teaching style—The ADDA Method—moves away from passive “university-style” lectures and toward a high-engagement academic framework that ensures every yoga practitioner graduates with absolute authority.

Why Our 200-Hour Yoga Course Stands Apart

Traditional Wisdom Meets Modern Teaching

We integrate deeply traditional practices with contemporary teaching methods. After your training, you'll deliver authentic yoga teaching and techniques that genuinely resonate with modern audiences.

Yoga as Science, Not Trend

Yoga is a profound science, not merely a fitness trend. Our course extends far beyond physical practice, offering you the full spectrum of yoga's spiritual dimensions. We honor and respect the genuine philosophy that forms yoga's foundation

Deep Pranayama Mastery

Breath and pranayama are fundamental keys to transformation. Very few programs worldwide explore pranayama study in depth—we do. You'll acquire comprehensive tools to integrate pranayama into your personal practice and teaching. This is what truly sets us apart.

Rigorous Skills Assessment

Excellence requires dedication. Before training begins, we provide a four-week roadmap with daily study materials to prepare you with essential skills. Throughout the program, you'll complete weekly examinations, teaching classes and sequences. Your final exam synthesizes everything you've learned. We maintain high standards—no shortcuts

Passionate, Skilled Instructors

We seek inspiring individuals with solid backgrounds in teaching, study, and life experience to guide and ignite your yoga journey. Discover our exceptional teaching team and their unique expertise.

Living Philosophy

We provide a strong foundation in traditional philosophy, but we don't want passive learners. You'll learn to weave philosophy into your teaching and themes, particularly for your final examination.

Your Yoga Career Path

We offer professional guidance and practical tips for your yoga future. If you wish to teach in Bali, we can assist with visa arrangements, help build your teaching profile, and guide your first steps in the industry.

FAQ

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

Not at all. We look for a consistent practice (ideally 6–12 months) and a “beginner’s mind.” You don’t need to do a handstand to be a great teacher; you just need a dedicated heart and the willingness to learn the foundations from the ground up

Yes! Yoga is about union, not touching your toes. In fact, “stiff” teachers often make the best instructors because they understand the mechanics of modifications and can empathize with students who struggle with flexibility.

Our 200-hour curriculum focuses on [Insert Style, e.g., Hatha & Vinyasa Flow]. You will learn the traditional roots of Hatha alongside the modern sequencing of Vinyasa, giving you a versatile toolkit for your future classes.

Certification & Career

Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate that allows you to register as an RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. This is the “gold standard” recognized by studios and insurers worldwide

That is our goal. We prioritize “Teaching Methodology” and practicums. You’ll start practice-teaching in small groups by week two, so by graduation, you’ll have the confidence to lead a full 60-minute flow.

Absolutely. About 30% of our students join solely to deepen their personal practice and dive into yoga philosophy. It is a powerful journey of self-discovery, whether you ever step onto a teacher’s mat or not.

The Daily Grind

We usually have [Insert Day, e.g., Sundays] completely off. Many students use this time to visit Ubud’s temples, hit the beaches in Canggu, or simply sleep and recover.

There is a written check-in and a practical teaching assessment. Don’t panic—we aren’t here to “fail” you. We are here to support you. If you struggle, we provide extra mentorship to ensure you meet the standards required for certification.

Bali Logistics & Life

Most students enter on a Visa on Arrival (VoA), which is valid for 30 days and can be extended once for another 30 days. Note: Always check the latest Indonesian immigration entry requirements 4 weeks before flying.

We serve a “Sattvic” (yogic) diet designed to keep your energy high. Most meals are vegetarian or vegan. If you have specific allergies (gluten-free, nut-free, etc.), please let us know in your application so our kitchen can prepare.

  1. White outfit: For our opening/closing ceremonies.
  2. Reusable water bottle: To stay hydrated in the tropical heat.
  3. Notebooks/Pens: You’ll be taking a lot of notes
  4. Modest clothing: For visits to Balinese temples.
  • We provide high-quality mats and props, but many students prefer to bring their own “travel mat” for hygiene and familiarity.

Fine Print

  • Flights to Denpasar (DPS).
  • Yoga Alliance registration fee (optional, paid directly to them).
  • Required reading books (we will send a list upon deposit).
  • Personal weekend excursions and laundry.
