It focuses on different asanas and postures of yoga, goes deeper into philosophy and has a strong input on anatomy. It takes almost 3 months to complete a 300 hours of yoga teacher training in Bali (300HR YTT) if not done in one go. If you decide to do it in one go, it takes 4 to 5 weeks.Furthermore, to recognize the levels of yoga teachers, The Yoga Alliance has set some standards, which include 200 hours of yoga teacher training, 300 hours, and 500 hours of yoga teacher training.
