Bez discovered yoga in 2018 and has experienced profound benefits from his practices ever since. This transformation led him to deepen his knowledge at Yogmantra school where he earned his certification of RYT 200hrs Hatha Vinyasa, Yoga Alliance International. His teaching reflects a balance between strength, fluidity and stillness. His classes are grounded, conscious and accessible, with special attention to breath, nervous system regulation and body awareness, whether guiding a dynamic flow or a slow practice, his intention is to create safe and supportive spaces where students can reconnect with themselves, listen to their body and cultivate inner balance.

Made’s yoga journey began during the pandemic with daily morning practices at Ashram Gandhi Puri. His teaching style beautifully combines mantra chanting, breathwork, asana, and deep relaxation, creating a holistic experience that honors traditional yogic wisdom.

Ayu has known yoga for a long time but has been seriously practicing it for almost 8 years. Over these years of dedicated practice, she has developed a deep appreciation for how yoga creates harmony between mind and body. She enjoys teaching Hatha and partner yoga the most. What she likes most about partner yoga is the fact that in partner yoga we don’t just practice to get beautiful acrobatic poses but learn to lower the ego, always support and communicate with one another. Her specialty in Partner Yoga reflects her belief in the transformative power of connection.

Sat Nam! Novi is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher since 2023 who fell in love with this powerful practice for its ability to enhance vitality, expand awareness, and facilitate deep inner connection. For Novi, Kundalini yoga is a tool — to enhance her energy, calm the mind, and heal from within. In her classes you can expect dynamic/passive movements paired with breath, mantra and meditation in specific themes of the classes.

Born and raised in Bali, Dian discovered yoga in 2013 and has been sharing this gift since 2017. His teaching journey began in his local village, demonstrating his commitment to making yoga accessible to all. For Dian, yoga isn’t just poses – it’s about finding peace, strength, and confidence within. He teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin yoga, and Sound Healing to help you feel safe and empowered in your own skin.

Alina creates deep healing Kundalini Activation journeys in trauma-informed, nervous-system aware spaces that prioritize safety, embodiment, and integration. Her work blends grounded presence with intuitive guidance, supporting people in releasing stored trauma, initiating meaningful transformation, gaining inner clarity, and reconnecting with their life force. She has guided 2,000+ people worldwide, holding each session with care, integrity, and deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence. After finding herself completely burned out from her corporate career in New York, Alina realized healing was not anymore an option, but it was necessary for her. She says: “Along the way, I learned something that now guides everything I do: You can only hold others as deeply as you have met yourself. The depth of the space you offer is the depth of your own healing, transformation, and embodiment.”

Anastacia believes yoga is the most effective transformational tool for mental health. She became 200hr certified in early 2024 here in Bali and had a life changing experience after learning and adopting yogic philosophies and using that as a means to rebuild. Anastacia teaches vinyasa, hatha, pranayama and meditation classes meant to empower you to feel safe and confident within yourself. As a teacher she aims to use her classes as a means to teach people to heal and hold space for themselves.

Shein

Shein’s path to yoga began out of necessity. After suffering a C4-C5 neck injury and being diagnosed with HNP (a herniated disc) due to poor posture at the gym, he was told his future workout options were extremely limited. What started as a monthly practice to manage pain soon became biweekly, then weekly, until it became an essential part of his daily function. Yoga didn’t just heal his body; it changed his life’s direction. He decided to become a teacher to share the transformative goodness of this practice with the world. Today, he is grateful to lead others through the same journey of healing and strength that saved him. From his classes you can expect a practice that balances technical alignment with the playful challenge of arm balances. Having navigated his own injuries, he prioritizes safe, sustainable movement while encouraging you to explore what your body is truly capable of.

Anna Maria’s journey with yoga began when she needed to reconnect with herself. Through breath and movement, she discovered how to create stillness within motion and find peace in challenge. She developed a teaching style rooted in mindful flow and conscious breathing. In her Vinyasa classes, she emphasizes breath awareness and safe alignment, helping students move with intention and presence. Her classes weave strength and softness, creating a rhythm that nurtures body awareness and inner calm.
