Our offerings reflect the professional experience of our instructors and are provided for educational and wellness purposes only. Assumption of Risk:
By participating in our classes or consuming our digital content, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity. You agree that ADDA YOGA and its affiliates bear no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with our services. We strongly advise consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
Community Conduct:
We are committed to a positive, sacred space. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for harassment, “trolling,” or destructive negativity. ADDA YOGA reserves the right to terminate memberships or block users from digital platforms permanently at our sole discretion.

Physical Risk:
The Client acknowledges that yoga and fitness activities involve physical exertion and the risk of injury. The Client represents that they are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation.
Medical Disclaimer:
No information provided by ADDA YOGA teachers should be construed as medical advice. It is the Client’s responsibility to consult with a physician prior to commencing any yoga program.
Liability Release:
The Client hereby waives, releases, and discharges ADDA YOGA, its owners, and instructors from any and all liability for personal injury, illness (including communicable diseases), death, property damage, or loss of any kind sustained during or after participation in studio activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Non-Refundable Policy:
All payments for class passes, memberships, workshops, and events are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for travel changes, illness, or personal emergencies.
Late Arrival:
The Studio enforces a Strict No-Late Entry policy. Once the shala door is closed, entry is prohibited to maintain the meditative environment. Missed classes due to lateness are considered “Late Cancels” and will be charged/forfeited.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a booked class without 12-hour prior notice will result in the loss of that class credit or a “No-Show” fee for unlimited members.

Tiered Pricing:
Local/KITAS pricing is a privilege for residents. If a Client cannot provide a valid ID/KITAS upon request, they must pay the difference to the Tourist rate before practicing.
Expiration:
All passes have a strict expiration date ( 6 months). Unused classes will not be rolled over or extended under any circumstances.
Suspension:
Membership “freezing” is only permitted for medical reasons verified by a local doctor’s note for a period exceeding 14 days.
By engaging with ADDA YOGA (the "Studio"), including but not limited to attending classes, workshops, teacher trainings, retreats, or private sessions, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms:
ADDA YOGA – CLASS PASS & BOOKING POLICIES
1. Pass Activation & Validity
- When does my pass start? All passes and memberships are activated on the date of purchase, not the date of your first class.
- How long is my pass valid? All class passes and memberships expire strictly 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused classes after this period will be forfeited and cannot be extended.
2. Booking & Payment
- How do I book a class? We do not offer online pre-booking. Simply arrive at our studio 15 minutes before class starts, and our front desk team will register you on a first-come, first served basis.
- What are the payment options? We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards.
- Are there discounts for bulk buys? Yes. Purchasing a 6-class pass, Weekly Unlimited, or Monthly Unlimited pass offers a lower rate per class compared to single drop-ins.
- Special Residency Rates: To access KITAS/Local pricing, you must present a valid ID at the counter beforepayment. Retroactive discounts will not be applied.
3. Refund & Transfer Policy (Strict)
- Class Satisfaction: We do not offer refunds if you choose to leave a class early or find the style/teacher is not to your taste.
- Unused Classes: All passes are non-refundable. If you do not use all your classes within the 6-month validity period, the remaining balance is lost.
- Sharing Passes: Class passes are strictly nominative. They are assigned to your name and cannot be shared with friends, partners, or transferred to another person’s account.
4. Safety, Injury & Liability
- Personal Limits: You are responsible for your own physical safety. If you feel pain or discomfort, you must stop immediately. Do not push beyond your capacity.
- Medical Clearance: If you have pre-existing injuries or health conditions, you must obtain medical clearance from a doctor before practicing at ADDA YOGA.
- Liability: ADDA YOGA is not liable for any injuries, physical issues, or medical emergencies sustained on the premises.
- Insurance Requirement: As a condition of participation, all students must hold valid travel and medical insurance that covers hospitalisation and medical expenses in Bali.
- Emergency Assistance: In the event of an injury, our team will provide immediate basic assistance and, if necessary, contact emergency medical services or a doctor at the student’s expense.
4. YOGA TEACHER TRAINING (YTT) & RETREATS

- Deposit: Deposits for YTT and retreats are strictly non-refundable as they secure third party costs (accommodation/catering).
- Cancellations: If a Client cancels a YTT or Retreat within 60 days of the start date, the full balance remains due.
- Certification: Graduation and Yoga Alliance certification are not guaranteed by payment; they are earned through 100% attendance, conduct, and passing assessments.
- Travel Insurance: For all retreats and YTTs, the Client is required to have personal travel and medical insurance. ADDA YOGA is not liable for flight cancellations or visa issues.
5. PRIVATE CLASSES & WELLNESS EVENTS

- Off-Site Liability: For sessions held at private villas or hotels, ADDA YOGA is not responsible for the safety or maintenance of the external venue.
- Notice Period: 48 -hour notice is required to reschedule a private session. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50 % charge.
To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit can be paid via PayPal (credit card), with a 5% processing fee borne by the customer. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the teacher in cash.
Changes to the number of students can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class. If the number of students decreases less than 48 hours before the class without prior communication, the full amount for the originally agreed upon number of students will be charged. Increasing the number of students is generally not an issue, but please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
