As this is a real Yoga mat, for real strong practitioners .The top of the mat is. in PU Rubber, which gives an EXTREME GRIP during your exercise or Yoga classes . Your hands and feet will stick to the piece of material, and it won’t move on any hard surface ( wood, tiles etc … ) while you are going hard . Indeed, the grip to the floor is important too .
